    From there, our dedicated team of dietitians, health coaches, and strength and conditioning specialists will schedule your first appointment with you.

    Our team will review your goals with a cardiologist and design a personalized care plan with virtual appointments that fits your schedule and needs.

Meet your Gram+ team

  • Dr. Saeed Darvish-Kazem

    CARDIOLOGIST

    Dr. Darvish is a non-invasive cardiologist and an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Division of Cardiology at McMaster University. He completed his medical school training at the Michael G DeGroote School of Medicine and subsequent internal medicine and cardiology fellowships at McMaster University. He has expertise in health technology and innovation, serving as an advisor for a number of MedTech companies.

    His clinical and research interests are in general cardiology, preventive medicine and cardio-oncology.

  • Craig Pacheco

    REGISTERED DIETITIAN

    Craig Pacheco is a Registered Dietitian with over five years of experience in nutritional therapy. He completed his clinical training within the University Health Network (UHN) and obtained his Master’s degree through the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto. Craig is also a Lecturer at the Toronto Metropolitan University in the School of Nutrition.

  • Pedro Cabral

    CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

    Pedro is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with over 10 years of experience in the health and wellness field. He obtained his Bachelor of Science and graduated with Honours in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. He holds additional certifications as a FRC mobility specialist (FRCms), N1 education biomechanics specialist, StrongFirst kettlebell level 1 and 2 (SFGII) specialist. He values continuous learning and takes a science-based approach with training and rehabilitation.
